Today I want to talk to you about a topic that has so much taboo around it. And I want to drop that sh*t for good. 

We are all soul in human form.

On this earth to make a physical human experience. And this is only possible through our bodys. We should love them unconditionally, nurture them and move them the best we can.

But we are taught that our bodies should all look the same, fit into a certain size and behave in certain ways, that sick, fucked up and completely corrupt industries dictate us.

This is crazy.

And it has NOTHING to do with the true beauty and power this beautiful vessel, that we call body, holds.

Because I approve of myself. I love myself!
